Fellowship of Christian Firefighters International

The Fellowship of Christian Firefighters International has been around since 1977. After going through some dark and difficult days Duncan Wilkie of the Denver Colorado Fire Department heard the Gospel message and became saved. Meeting another firefighter in a local grocery store, Bob Crum, they decided to regularly meet together for Bible study. They grabbed a few more Denver firefighters and FCFInternational was born. In the early days, Bible study in the local firehouses was the primary mission. Today this vision and mission continue. The International office continues to provide resources for firefighters to easily download from the website and share with firefighters in the local station. Our Bible studies are made by firefighters and for firefighters and first responders. We also have a weekly live chapel each Sunday at 4:00 pm EST. The goal is to worship God together in the local firehouses so that other firefighters may hear of God’s love for them. Other ministries include a weekly online Bible study, widows and orphans ministry, mission trips around the world, and conferences designed to strengthen your service to others. The Lord has blessed our ministry to firefighters and first responders in a mighty way. Join the team and learn how to glorify God in the fire service.

Our Vision – To glorify God in the Fire Service by building relationships that turn firefighters’ hearts and minds toward Christ (I Thessalonians 2:8), equipping them to serve Him (Ephesians 4:12).

The discipleship ministry is at the heart of this vision as we train firefighters and first responders to obey the command to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20).

Our Mission – To encourage one another to share the vision with the fire service community through Witnessing, Praying, Teaching the Word, and Walking worthy.
